Once you select the Help Now! button, you should see something that looks like this:

Click on "Run." Then you should see something like this:

Again, click on "Run."
You should then see something like this:

Click on the name of the Tech who will help you, and then click "Connect." This will establish your remote control session. You should see small window in the corner of you screen that give the status of the remote control program.

When the session is done, click on Quit.
